• Vineyard: 35 years old vineyard
• Climate: Cold, very continental with a considerable hydric deficit.
• Ageing: 12 months in French and American Oak barrels
• Vinification: Grapes are crushed by the traditional system of using a manual hydraulic press. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
• Tasting notes: Cherry red, clean and brilliant. Wealth of red plums and spiced berries. The tannins are succulent, smooth and long. Finely integrated oak. Pairing: Cured cheeses and all kind of red meat.
