• Soil: Poor, loose and good drained, with clay-limy characteristics.
• Appellation: Own D.O. Pago. There are only 14 Pagos in Spain what means the highest level of quality in the country.
• Winemaking: Fermentation of 17 days at 77ºF in different tanks separated by parcel and variety.
• Tasting Notes: Very fresh and aromatic in the nose with citric and flowers. On the mouth it is fresh with volume, excellent balance between acidity and alcohol
