AGEING 100% destemmed grapes with fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Aged for 8 months in American and French oak barrels. Rested for 6 months in the bottle.
PAIRING Perfect to drink at any time, as an aperitif or as a companion to light dishes.
Pairs perfectly with seafood, salted fish, ceviches, sashimi, rice dishes, and generally with delicate flavors, fish and mildly seasoned white meats.
