AGEING 100% Tinto del país, hand-harvested. 100% destemmed grapes with fermentation at a controlled temperature in wooden, stainless steel, and concrete tanks. Aged for 15 months in American and French oak barrels and rested for one year in the bottle.
FOOD PAIRING Pairs well with red meats and cheeses, especially medium-intensity cured cheeses. Red meats / Venison / Chuleton / Lamb / Cured cheeses / Iberian cured meats.
