  • Acidity: 6.80gr / l.
  • Fermentation: from 20 to 25 days, at 15 ° c. with selected yeasts, in stainless steel tanks. Cold pre-fermentation maceration.
  • Vineyard: Valle de Uco, first zone of Mendoza (Luján-Maipú).
  • Tasting Notes: Herbaceous and fruity nose, with aromas of grapefruit, eucalyptus and rue. Its excellent acidity highlights the freshness in the mouth.
